Service Department and mechanics wont hold accountability for poor workmanship; put vehicle in to have starter motor replaced and wasnt provided with report on vehicles condition and any issues found. Also found customer service lacking when asking to identify parts on vehicle to purchase external to business, aware asking for this would incur fees for inspection however mechanics claimed didnt get round to it. Have now found parts missing from vehicle that were securely fastened prior to taking to Crossleys Holden which are not fitted and exposing undercarriage of engine. Poor workmanship and too many excuses as well as disrespectful staff when speaking to customer when identifying problems with communication between in store departments, team members refusing to face customer when speaking or have the decency to stand. Take your service requirements elsewhere, unfortunately Im going to have to speak with them a final time to locate missing parts.
Just when I was beginning to think I would have to watch my back with any yard (and a bad experience fresh in mind) , I found the perfect car (at an amazing price) at Crossley Holden in Proserpine. I was genuinely surprised at the service I received, from the workshop to the front sales department, the standard was very high and nothing was too difficult.Because of this, the used vehicle was in a very high standard of condition and I got the impression that every car there is very carefully selected. I was actually shocked how good this car was when I saw it in person. I could have had it shipped to the Gold Coast without a pre-sale drive and it would have been more than fine. Thank you very much Troy, Ben and Matty!Definitely worth talking to these guys, wherever you live in Australia. You will be well looked after.
